                  Murder on the Canadian - The Stage Play


We are pleased to announce that Centre Stage Theatre will be presenting Murder on the Canadian with a limited number of shows starting in late September! Tell your friends and family members living in the area or who can travel to this beautiful part of Canada. You don't want to miss this train!


























Murder on the Canadian is a comedy thriller for the entire family. Based on Eric Wilson's global bestseller, the stage play sees a young would-be detective stumble into a real murder aboard The Canadian, the famed transcontinental train.

Scenes are set in the train's Dining Car, on the apron, and occasionally in the audience. The script provides character descriptions, a props list, and thoughts regarding the staging.

Young actors can successfully portray all of the characters in the story, including the adults. The play can be performed in a very simple manner in either a school gymnasium or on an empty stage, but producers are encouraged to add visual effects and/or sets as required.
